I have tried diet after diet trying to lose weight but every time I stopped following a diet the weight used to come back. And it is impossible and harmful to follow a diet all your life. The key with diets is that you must count everything you eat and not exceed the amount of calories allowed per meal. It's a nervous job. With weight loss medications everything is quite different - you eat as much as you like, you lose weight effectively. Then you stop taking the meds and gain more weight than you've lost. Curious, isn't it? I have experienced both side effects and decided that I need something else. For me it's Diet Maxx, here you don' feel that urge to eat, you just eat less and therefore lose weight. And when you stop taking the supplement your stomach's size is much smaller and you continue eating a little as you don't need too much food! Isn't it amazing?! I lost 40 pounds with Diet Maxx. When I reach my ideal weight, I'll stop taking the medication and the weight won't come back!
