Description

FML (generic name: fluorometholone) ophthalmic suspension belongs to a group of drugs known as corticosteroids.

FML is used for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the eye.

Indications include:

inflammation of the palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva
inflammation of the cornea and anterior segment of the globe

Recommendations

Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Use your medicine exactly as directed.

The eye drops are usually used 2 to 4 times daily.

Precautions

Tell your doctor before using FML, if:

you are allergic to any medicines;
you have any serious medical conditions including glaucoma or diabetes;
you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
